I have been taking lessons with Francesco for about 4 months now and I can say they definitely make a difference. There is a good balance of theory and practical exercises which allows for development and guided direction which is important as a beginner. Francesco is very patient with all my questions and issues and is able to share his experience and insights well to a problem you are facing. He also has a lot of patience towards beginners and their questions/lack of understanding which is very good for getting confusion out of the way and building a good foundation. I have also never had an issue with getting the lessons arranged or sorted and the rates are very fair indeed. Without his help I may well have given up guitar 2 or 3 months ago. Overall I feel like he is well suited to teaching beginners by analysing your playing and providing good exercises and guidance.

I started practicing with Frank already having experience playing the guitar for many years. After several lessons, my practical knowledge gained a theoretical basis, Frank is a very good teacher. Also my technical abilities quickly advanced thanks to the tips and exercises that Frank recommended to me.

I started to play guitar about 2-3 months ago and it has been absolute pleasure to learn from Frank. He is very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and taught me a lot of music knowledge I didn’t know before. Also he is quite flexible with the lesson times, I had holidays, sickness happening quite often recently and he always shows understanding and provides me another suitable time. I have been progressed quickly and I can play some simple cords now which I find very satisfying.

They say that you can’t teach an old dog new tricks, but when it comes to learning to play the guitar, Francesco has certainly disproved that particular notion. As a fifty-something old dog, I’ve been messing around with a guitar for most of my life but I never quite managed to put anything that remotely sounds like a tune until I met Francesco. His lessons are very well structured and he is a man of infinite patience. He is very adaptable and, if you are prepared to put in the effort, Francesco will go the extra mile for you.

I am a complete novice with the guitar and found Francesco through an ad on the internet. I decided to start lessons with him after reading some very positive reviews and am very glad that I did, he is a great teacher! In addition to being a really nice guy he has shown incredible competence with the music and great patience for the fact that I have no idea what I am doing. His courses, home works and exercises are easy to follow, it doesn’t feel like I am learning from a dusty book curriculum, it feels more like I am genuinely learning from someone who is passionate about what they are teaching. Francesco is also a very skilled guitar player and highly competent teacher who is always willing to answer any questions I have. The fee I have to pay is also fantastic, I would strongly advise anyone with low income to invest in lessons with Francesco, it is worth every penny.

The very first lesson with Frank proved very enlightening. His professional and easy going manner made me feel very relaxed. He showed me what a chord was, how it is made. He showed me a very easy way to play every note on the guitar without having to memorise anything and also how to play scales in such an easy way. The exercises are straight forward. He structures his lessons to suit and is very patient. His enthusiasm for music rubs off on you and I can thoroughly recommend him.

He makes lessons fun and has an easy way of explaining things to you switching between theory and practical. What I enjoyed most about his lessons? Well the atmosphere. He can create an extremely comforting and positive environment. More than the right direction, encouragement is what new guitarist’s need. His immense knowledge coupled with his noble character he offered everything a person could want in a teacher….correction he was a like a friend to me. He not only guided me in my guitar endeavours, he gave advise and picked me back up during my early life struggles. Thank you Francesco every lesson is a new experience both in theory and practical I have learned so much in such a short amount of time.

Francesco is not very strut so his lessons are fun and he made learning guitar faster than I thought. Also it helps your fingers get stronger.

Francesco always guides in my practice at home : which exercise to warm up with, different steps in practicing a song etc. He would always come up with relevant exercises to help me improve my weaknesses. On top of being a very patient teacher, Francesco always makes his lessons enjoyable, he’s also very encouraging and reassuring in my progress. I would recommend Francesco to anyone starting playing the guitar, he’s so far the best teacher I have had for the last two years.

Francesco’s lessons are just a pleasure! They have the perfect balance between music theory and practice. He manages to explain music theory in such a clear and easy way, he has so much patience (especially with me!) and you can ask as many questions as you want and he never gets tired of explaining things one more time. Plus he’s very funny and makes good coffee!
